During my sales days, I was a top producer, once booking over 40,000 room nights in a single year. As a leader, I became known as a “fixer,” brought in to reset underperforming properties and guide them back to financial success.

Strategic storytelling—taking raw data and turning it into clear, compelling insights that help sales managers connect the dots. I make the numbers make sense, and more importantly, make them actionable.

I bring a deep understanding of how properties actually work—from revenue strategy and sales pressure to the operational realities that impact execution. I know what drives responses behind the scenes, and I understand the internal politics between ownership, management companies, and brand priorities. That perspective allows me to anticipate challenges, ask the right questions, and guide clients toward options that will truly deliver—not just look good on paper.

I bowled for Florida State University on the women’s team—Go Noles! One year, I took 1st place for the highest win/loss record over the competition.

I love my Florida State Seminoles— but honestly, I’ll watch any good college football game. My mom and I have a fun tradition of playing the parlay cards during the season. It’s all about the competition and the memories we make together.
